This property was acquired in late 2010 and is situated on the Segensworth East distribution park. The property was purpose built for document & archive storage and has very good access to the M27 and motorway network.


Shortly after the property was acquired, a non-occupational head-lease was surrendered, the property was split into two self-contained units and substantially refurbished. The units were subsequently re-let on long leases. The property was sold in 2011 to a fund.


This property was acquired from the administrators of Surridge Dawson Ltd. The building was purpose built for Dawson Books in 2000. In 2009, Dawson Books incorporated and took a formal Lease of the building. We subsequently acquired the property with the benefit of the Lease in place. The property is well located and built to a high specification.


This property was acquired vacant as part of an industrial portfolio. A dilapidations claim was pursued against the previous tenant, the property was substantially refurbished and subsequently re-let on a new 10 year Lease. The property has since been sold to the occupational tenant.


This property formed part of a strategy to acquire a number of small retail & quasi retail units in central Bath. The property enjoyed a period of significant rental growth and was subsequently sold to the occupational tenant.
